Once you tap the Follow button on someone’s TikTok account, your name will be listed on their followers list, and they will be notified about it. By following someone on TikTok, their videos will show up on a separate “following” tab.

Go to your profile by tapping the profile icon at the bottom right corner.
Tap the following button on your profile.
You will see all the accounts that you follow there. If you wish to unfollow one of them, tap the Following button next to their names.

However, you may still find their videos on your FYP or by manually searching them through the search bar. Your message or past interactions with people you unfollowed will not be deleted. The person or account holder will not be notified if you unfollow them.
